We never sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:

  • our hosting provider, website maintenance partner and e-mail provider;
  • suppliers, carriers, port agents, customs agents and warehouses involved in executing your order;
  • our accountant, auditor, insurer, bank and legal advisers;
  • public authorities where we are legally required to disclose data (for example customs or tax authorities).

Every service provider acting on our instructions does so as a processor, under a data processing agreement that obliges them to apply appropriate security measures and to use the data solely for our purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Our data is in principle stored within the European Economic Area. Because shipping is a global business, an order may require us to transfer contact and delivery data to partners in a port outside the EEA. In that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the necessity of the transfer for the performance of your contract (Art. 49.1.b GDPR).

  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
